 Location: Denver, CO (Relocation welcome)
 Schedule: Monday–Friday, plus additional hours as needed
 Employment Type: Full-time
 Compensation: Base salary + commission

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator Project Manager to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

This hybrid role blends sales, estimating, and project management. You’ll be responsible for:

Estimating & Sales

• Responding to bid opportunities and managing leads
• Conducting site visits and assessments
• Preparing accurate quotes and proposals
• Communicating with clients to understand project scope and expectations
• Following up on bids and maintaining strong client relationships

️ Project Management

• Scheduling and coordinating job execution
• Managing subcontractors and field crews
• Ensuring scope compliance and handling change orders
• Overseeing project documentation, invoicing, and closeout

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in estimating or project management (paving/construction preferred)
• Strong math aptitude and field knowledge of paving/concrete operations
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• A competitive, customer-focused mindset
• Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours (especially during summer)
• Proficiency with computers and digital tools (OneDrive, spreadsheets, etc.)
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
