Job Description

- Provide 24 hour continuous awake supervision to assigned children

- Complete daily documentation (electronic or written) at the end of each shift

- Role model professional demeanor at all times

- Maintain confidentiality in all areas of resident and program operations

- Comply with RTW Policy and Procedure Manual and protocols

- Personally report (not delegate) serious incidents and suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation to the Residential Child Care Licensing hotline and RTW Licensed Child Care Administrator following additional RTW reporting guidelines

- Attend and participate in trainings, workshops and in-service meetings to maintain current information on industry laws, rules, statutes, requirements, etc.

- Maintain professional and ethical standards as required by the company

- Comply with all licensing standards as well as funding source guidelines

- Transport and supervise residents for medical appointments and emergency hospitalizations

- May require over-time and working past shift

- Respond to Resident crisis which may require staying after hour and emergency response

- Complete required annual training hours as required by minimum standards and contractors
