Pay range: $60/hr - $62/hr

Role Description
Our Customer Service & Support (CSS) organization is central to delivering seamless, efficient, and exceptional customer experiences. We seek a Change Management & Adoption Specialist to lead transformation initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure teams embrace change with confidence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute Change: Develop and implement change management frameworks to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and initiatives across CSS.
  • Strategic Communications: Craft executive-level communications and presentations (agile experience preferred) to align stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with CSS business leads, project managers, product teams, and communications to ensure cohesive change strategies.
  • Engagement & Adoption: Design tailored communication and enablement plans to sustain employee adoption of changes.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with leadership across CSS, Product, and Technology to align initiatives with business goals. Assess program scope, severity, and receptivity to tailor plans.
  • Optimize Messaging: Deliver clear, compelling communications to reduce friction and foster continuous improvement.
  • Measure Success: Track adoption metrics to evaluate effectiveness and iterate strategies.
  • Champion Activation: Build and empower a network of change advocates to amplify engagement.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 5–7+ years in change management, strategy, or transformation, preferably in consulting or tech.
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in structured change methodologies, communications, and enablement.
    • Strong stakeholder management and executive-level influence.
    • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (PPT, Excel, Word) and creative development.
  • Attributes:
    • Self-driven, adaptable, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
    • Passion for employee experience and fostering fact-based decision-making.
    • Comfortable with ambiguity and driving consensus in fast-paced environments.
