Oakland County Law Firm located in White Lake, MI is seeking a Maintenance/Cleaner person to join our team. Perfect opportunity for retiree and/or someone just looking to get out of the house. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various settings. The ideal candidate can work for approximately 15-20 hours a week. No experience required, we will train. Excellent pay for the right person.

Duties:
- Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting;
- Conduct commercial cleaning tasks in office building;
- Clean and maintain restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas;
- Act as a porter by emptying trash cans and disposing of waste properly;
- Support facilities maintenance by identifying and reporting maintenance issues
