Lead Technician

Experience: 3+ years field experience as lead tech

Full-time: 40+ hrs /week, on call some weekends and evenings

Flexible hours to maintain healthy work life balance.

Pay: $30+ /hr plus bonuses and variable profit share after probationary term based on performance.

• Lead team on system installations
• Share on-call rotation duties with other team members

• Clean driving record
• Valid Texas driver's license
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs.
• 4+ years of experience preferred
• Ability to work within a team environment
