Job Title: Licensed Journeyman (Industrial) – Direct Hire (Temp to Perm)

Pay Rate: $44/hr + $845/week per diem
Duration: 4-5 months (7 days per week, 12-hour shifts)

Job Overview:

We are seeking Licensed Journeymen for an industrial project in West Virginia. This is a direct hire (temp to perm) opportunity with competitive pay and per diem. Candidates must have a valid West Virginia Journeyman License and be able to work long hours in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities:

✔ Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical/mechanical systems
✔ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
✔ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
✔ Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently
✔ Work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Requirements:

✅ Licensed Journeyman in West Virginia (Must have active certification)
✅ Previous industrial experience required
✅ Ability to work 7 days a week, 12-hour shifts for the duration of the project
✅ Strong understanding of safety procedures in industrial environments
