We are looking for exceptional CNAs/Home Health Aides with a variety of different skills combined with an honest, trustworthy character and a good work ethic to help our clients live safely and independently at home.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) for clients who are elderly or have had a recent surgery, injury or accident and require support at home
• Personal care assistance with activities of daily living to include showering/bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living to include light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and errands (groceries, driving client to appointments, etc.)
• Observe, report and document daily tasks following client's plan of care
• Escalate any unusual incidents, behaviors, or changes in status immediately to the Agency Supervisor and Manager
• Provide socialization and companionship to clients to improve their quality of life

Qualifications:

• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
• Preferred: willingness to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
• Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (one year preferred)
• Ability to understand the written plan of care and all associated tasks for assigned shifts
• High School Diploma, active CNA license or experience as a Caregiver
• Demonstrated competency with durable medical equipment specific to individual client's needs to include a walker, wheelchair, hospital bed, and client lift devices – example: Hoyer Lift.
