- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Understand clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and commission goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
