About the Role

Join our dynamic team in Edina, MN as a Part-Time Customer Service Associate & Warehouse. This role combines hands-on warehouse operations with customer-facing responsibilities, offering a flexible schedule with 15-25 hours per week within our operating hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. We’re seeking a motivated self-starter passionate about delivering exceptional service and maintaining an organized, efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Duties

Handle incoming calls, transfer to appropriate extensions, and take detailed messages when necessary.
Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries about products and services.
Deliver quotes and technical support to customers.

Warehouse Duties

Process incoming and outgoing shipments in a small warehouse setting, including delivering product using company provided vehicle.
Assist customers with order pick-ups, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
Conduct monthly inventory counts with accuracy and attention to detail.
Operate a forklift (training and certification provided).
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Qualifications:

Required:

Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.

Preferred Experience:

Background in roles such as warehouse operations, distribution center, customer service representative, or fulfillment operations.

Skills & Attributes:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and passion for delivering quality results.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
