Dr. Bartender is a mobile event lab disguised as a bartending company — and we’re looking to add a few more cocktail chemists to our freelance roster.

If you’ve got real bartending experience but don’t want to be locked into the same shift every weekend, this gig is for you. We're adding to our team of hospitality pros who work smart, pour sharp, and show up ready to deliver service with style.

What’s in the Flask?

• Events when you want them — accept or pass on gigs as they come
• A rotating cast of weddings, corporate parties, private events, and the occasional high-energy festival
• $20/hr, plus gratuity (You keep 100% of your tips!)
• Clear expectations, solid logistics, and day-of support — you’re never flying blind
• We handle the planning — you handle the pouring

What You Bring to the Lab:

• A full bar kit of your own — shaker, strainer, wine key, bar spoon, etc.
• Prior bartending experience (real bartending — not just popping tops)
• A polished, professional vibe with good guest instincts
• Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility
• 21+ with reliable transportation
• Comfort working events solo or as part of a team

Bonus Points For:

• TIPS/BASSET Certification (may be required for some events)
• A pop-up bar or cooler setup (awesome, but not required)
• Experience with weddings, festivals, or off-site/private events
