The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about the company's products and services. The CSR plays a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, professional, and courteous service via various communication channels including phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats, and assist customers with their questions or concerns about products, services, billing, or orders.
• Offer detailed and accurate information regarding product features, services, pricing, availability, and order status.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, ensuring customer concerns are addressed effectively and promptly.
• Document interactions, transactions, and issues in the company’s CRM system or other databases for tracking purposes.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including escalation processes for more complex issues.
• Achieve customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality goals as set by the department.
• Work closely with sales, technical support, and other teams to resolve customer issues or coordinate solutions.
• Upsell or recommend additional products or services when appropriate to meet customer needs.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Proven experience in a customer service or related role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with computers and customer management software (CRM).
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
