salary: $49,920 - $60,320 per year

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical HVAC components.
•  Perform maintenance and service on furnaces, condensers, and compressors using hand/power tools.
•  Travel to residential job sites and communicate with dispatch to maintain scheduling.
•  Troubleshoot system issues, source replacement parts, and calibrate equipment per manufacturer specs.
•  Communicate clearly with customers, explaining issues and repair options.
•  Document equipment details (make, model, serial, fuel type, measurements, photos).
•  Maintain company vehicle and ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper stock of tools and parts.
•  Generate accurate invoices and present pricing per company standards.
•  Identify and recommend system upgrades or home comfort improvements.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working weekends
