Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Compensation: $18/hour. Est 4-6 week initial trial period than $20/hour

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Engage with customers via incoming and outgoing calls to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor and assist customers through our live support chat feature, providing real-time solutions and guidance.
  • Provide support and expertise on navigating and utilizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Build websites from templates on the Wix platform
  • Respond to customer emails, phone calls, chats promptly, ensuring clear, accurate, and helpful communication.
  • Guide customers through the 10-DLC registration process, offering detailed assistance and information.
  • Perform additional support tasks as assigned to contribute to the company's efficiency and success.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Technical experience building basic websites on the Wix platform.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and live chat tools is a plus.
  • Reliable internet connection and the necessary equipment to work remotely.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote setting.

Work Environment

  • Fully remote position, allowing you to work from a location of your choice.
  • Regular working hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
  • Collaborative and supportive virtual work environment.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive hourly rate: $18/hour.
  • Weekly pay schedule.
