We will train you.

• Arrange and coordinate ocean import shipments from overseas to the U.S.

• Communicate with overseas agents, carriers, and customs brokers.

• Prepare and review shipping documents (B/L, ISF, arrival notice, etc.)

• Track shipments and update customers on delivery status.

• Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the system.

• Coordinate customs clearance and final delivery.

• Solve issues related to delays, documentation, or customer requests.

• Maintain compliance with U.S. customs and import regulations.

Requirements:

• Experience in freight forwarding or logistics preferred.

• Basic knowledge of international shipping and import procedures.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics systems.
