Construction Labor Law Attorney

Responsibilities

• We will mentor and help you to develop and hone your litigation skills
• Handle the litigation of a caseload from inception to trial
• Engage in court, deposition, and motion appearances in New York
• Mentor Junior Associates

Qualifications

• Must have 6 plus years of personal injury experience focused on Construction Labor Law in New-York
• Strong understanding of NY Labor Laws §§ 200, 240(1), 241(6).
• Admitted to practice in New York
• Must be able to work fully in office Monday- Friday
