CNC Swiss Precision Machining is an ISO 9000 Certified swiss-style precision job shop looking to fill multiple positions first and second shift. We are a third-generation, family-owned and managed company that has been in business for over 45 years. We have recently moved to a new 30,000 square foot factory in Bloomingdale.
Schedule:
1st Shift: Full Time, Mon-Fri 6:00am - 2:30pm
2nd Shift: Full Time, Mon-Fri 3:00pm - 12:00am

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience(program creation, setup, and operation) with multi-axis CNC Swiss-Style Machines.
• Experience with Citizen (B12, L20, L25, L32, A20, A32, FL32) and/or Miyano (BNA, BNX, BNC, BND) and magazine barfeeds
• Esprit or PartMaker software experience a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints(both standard and metric).
• Familiar with quality control procedures including using common shop measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers and gauges) and completing inspection documentation.
• Ability to make offsets, tool changes and overall knowledge of CNC Swiss Style machine operation.
• Possess strong mathematical abilities, verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Compensation/Benefits:

• Starting pay rate is $21.00 - $40.00/hr; DOE
