Position: Office Manager (with Strong Accounting Experience)

Job Summary:
BTTR, LLC. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Manager with strong
accounting expertise to oversee administrative operations and financial management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office functions, ensuring efficient
bookkeeping, and supporting overall business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and productive work
environment.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, and reconcile bank
statements.
Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.
Maintain accurate records for payroll, tax filings, and general ledger accounts.
Assist with financial audits and ensure compliance with company policies and
regulations.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to support business
needs.
Manage inventory tracking and ordering of office supplies.
Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks effectively.
Ensure compliance with company policies, including HR and safety protocols.
Support management in various administrative and financial tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office management and accounting roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in QuickBooks or
similar software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports.
Experience with HR and payroll management is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
Occasional lifting of office supplies and files up to 25 lbs.
Ability to move around the office to perform various administrative tasks.
