A leader in food innovation and manufacturing, is looking for a skilled and motivated Electrician to join our Facilities and Maintenance team. Our ideal candidate will have strong experience in commercial or industrial electrical systems, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, food-safe production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems throughout the facility in compliance with electrical codes and food safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues involving lighting, equipment, and power distribution.
• Identify and trace circuits to accurately label and update electrical panels.
• Install conduit, wiring, circuit breakers, and other electrical hardware for new and existing systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical components.
• Use electrical testing devices to identify and resolve system malfunctions.
• Work with lighting, fixtures, control systems, and production equipment.
• Collaborate with the Facilities and Maintenance Manager on special projects and general facility upkeep.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Electrician in a commercial or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, codes, and safety procedures.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools (e.g., wire strippers, voltmeters, multimeters).
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
• Excellent critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to perform a variety of facility maintenance tasks as needed.
• Processed and refrigerated foods manufacturing plant. Wet environment with cold temperatures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the food manufacturing or processing industry.
• Electrical certification or journeyman license (preferred but not required).

7AM-3:30PM + overtime/weekends

$30.50-$38.13/HR.
