Next Level Staffing is currently recruiting for a 1st shift CNC Mills Set-up associate. Our client is located in Pewaukee, WI.

Key Responsibilities of a CNC Milling Set-Up Machinist:
Set-up and Operation:
Set up and operate CNC milling machines, ensuring proper machine settings and parameters for specific jobs.
Load and verify CNC programs, including G-code, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and workholding devices based on job requirements.
Perform initial runs and make necessary adjustments to ensure parts meet specifications.
Blueprint Interpretation and Planning:
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machine settings and part geometries.
Plan and optimize machining processes to achieve desired results efficiently.
Quality Control and Inspection:
Verify the accuracy and quality of machined parts using measuring instruments and inspection tools.
Identify and address any deviations from specifications or quality standards.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC milling machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and tool replacement.
Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary repairs or adjustments.
