Job Details

Collecting outstanding debt and assist with fixing incorrect information causing the reject/balance. This position will require the ability to work onsite 2 days a week and at home 3 days. 

Qualifications:

• Collections Background or Customer Service 
• Proven experience working within a call center environment
• Strong Communication Skills
• Microsoft Office/CRM tools
• Negotiation
• Empathy and Patience
• Attention to detail
