Event Dates & Hours (Must be available for all 3 days):

• Friday, August 1: 9:00 AM – 10:30 PM

• Saturday, August 2: 9:30 AM – 10:30 PM

• Sunday, August 3: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking energetic, friendly, and reliable Brand Ambassadors to join our team for a high-energy pop-up event at The Grove. This interactive experience invites guests to design and print their own custom products — turning creativity into real, tangible memories.

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll help bring this event to life by assisting guests, supporting the onsite print station, and helping maintain a fun, welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and check in guests at the event booth

• Guide attendees through simple design tools on iPads

• Assist with operating on-site printing equipment (training provided — no prior tech skills needed)

• Help carry and transport light materials from storage to the booth during setup and closing

• Celebrate each guest’s “KaChing Moment” when their design is printed

• Encourage social sharing and assist with photo ops

• Keep the booth organized, clean, and fully stocked throughout the day

• Support the team with setup and breakdown as needed

Qualifications:

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills

• Comfortable using basic tech (iPads, design software, etc.)

• Able to lift and carry light materials (~20 lbs) as part of booth setup

• Positive attitude and professional demeanor

• Experience in events, retail, or customer-facing roles preferred

• Passion for art, fashion, design, or DIY culture is a bonus

• Must be available all three days and full hours listed above

• Able to stand and stay active for long periods
