Grose and Manz Builders are excited to announce that we are growing, and we are looking for an experienced Project Superintendent who can help us serve our clients’ needs.

As a project superintendent for Grose and Manz Builders we will be looking for you to perform or assist in the following:

• Provide the day-to-day overall management of the project from an onsite standpoint. Including, but not exclusively, project and subcontractor and supplier scheduling, managing quality, scheduling inspections, working with material testing companies, safety, implementation of security measures as directed, etc.
• Build, maintain, and ensure client, brand, inspector, subcontractor, and supplier relationships.
• Assist in pushing projects through the permitting process and brand approvals (when applicable).
• Have a full understanding of the project documents, including drawings, soils report, specifications, submittals, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Understanding and staying up to date on construction codes.
• Needs to be able to manage others.
• Make sure direct reports (when applicable) follow the company processes.
• Willingness to travel when required.
• Create and or assist in reporting and forecasting as requested. Including daily reports, 2-week lookaheads, etc.
• Hold and manage job progress and safety meetings.
• Always act in the best interests of the company and its clients.
• Assist in reviewing submittals when requested.

Our superintendents are also required to obtain or maintain OSHA 30.
