 Location: Chino, CA
 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
 Pay: $18.00–$22.00/hr (based on experience)
 Employment Type: Full-Time | Hourly

We’re currently hiring a skilled Production Finish Welder to join our Steelcraft facility in Chino, CA. This is a full-time opportunity offering competitive pay and the chance to work in a fast-paced, safety-first environment.

What You’ll Do:
• Perform MIG, TIG, and thin gauge welding with precision
• Fit, weld, and prep parts for hollow metal product lines
• Inspect material for defects and verify proper dimensions
• Ensure all work follows documented specifications
• Report inconsistencies and use NCRs to correct them
• Operate welding equipment per safety protocols (SOP)
• Expedite welding orders as needed
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area
• Organize tasks and assist in improving workflows
• Train fellow team members
• Perform sanding, grinding, and metal finishing tasks
• Take periodic welding tests to maintain proficiency
• Provide exceptional internal customer service.

What You Need to Succeed:
• 2+ years of MIG and/or TIG welding experience
• Proficiency in sanding, grinding, and thin gauge welding
• Experience in metal finishing and working with galvanized materials
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Attention to detail and task completion under time constraints
• Strong math, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Technical degree or welding certification preferred
