Job Details

We are looking for a Estimator MEP Federal Contracting with a minimum of 5 years’ experience estimating in construction, electrical, and a broad range of projects.

· Computer and computer systems knowledge

· Strong Excel skills to include advanced formulas.

· Estimating a quantifiable characteristic of varied products, events, or information.

· Estimating quantities and distances, determining time, costs, resources, or materials needed to perform a work activity.

· Candidate must be highly analytical and able to multi-task and complete projects in a timely manner

· Good problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to a team approach

· Exceptional communication skills

· Fast pace and multitasking required

· Comprehensive reading and writing

· Highly organized

· Attention to detail

· Estimating for Low Voltage and Fiber is a plus.

· Light travel may be required for this position

· Being proactive and absorbing, all trainings and process established areas.

· Work closely with team in any process, training, research and any other business needs.

· Being a part of various initiatives spanning multiple departments and working well with administrative staff and department managers

· Building and analyze project results according to department requirements (trends, performance metrics, benchmarking)

· Support other new or ongoing projects as necessary. Including design, implementation, training and follow up as needed

· Develop processes and procedures related to QMS and respective department
