Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed on time and within specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with expertise in electrical substation projects and quality control, build and time switches, pull and terminate control cable, set and dig cable trench, set steel with crane or forklift, dig grounding and conduit with mini x or big excavator, spread yard rock with water truck, roller and dump truck, build electrical wire and bus jumpers for large electrical equipment, ect. As a Supervisor, you will manage a team of workers, coordinate tasks, and ensure adherence to safety protocols on the construction site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring all work is performed safely and efficiently.
• Manage project timelines and resources effectively to meet deadlines.
• Utilize software tools such as ProCore and Prolog for project management and documentation.
• Interpret schematics and technical drawings to guide construction activities.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices in construction techniques and safety procedures.
• Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders regarding progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical testing as needed during pipeline projects
