Role Summary:
The Sales and Major Account Manager will lead efforts to acquire, grow, and retain strategic accounts while developing robust relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires a driven individual with expertise in B2B sales and client management, as well as an in-depth understanding of staffing and the AI technology industry. You will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing strategies to achieve revenue targets and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Build and nurture relationships with major accounts, ensuring their staffing needs are met and exceeded.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to identify new business opportunities and penetrate key markets.

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients, presenting tailored staffing solutions that address their specific requirements.

  • Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed revenue goals through a combination of new client acquisition and existing account expansion.

  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to make strategic decisions.

  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including recruitment, marketing, and operations, to deliver seamless client experiences.

  • Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with company policies.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, prepare forecasts, and deliver performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and client relationship management.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized.
