Role Summary:
The Sales and Major Account Manager will lead efforts to acquire, grow, and retain strategic accounts while developing robust relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires a driven individual with expertise in B2B sales and client management, as well as an in-depth understanding of staffing and the AI technology industry. You will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing strategies to achieve revenue targets and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Build and nurture relationships with major accounts, ensuring their staffing needs are met and exceeded.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to identify new business opportunities and penetrate key markets.
Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients, presenting tailored staffing solutions that address their specific requirements.
Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed revenue goals through a combination of new client acquisition and existing account expansion.
Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to make strategic decisions.
Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including recruitment, marketing, and operations, to deliver seamless client experiences.
Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with company policies.
Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, prepare forecasts, and deliver performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and client relationship management.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized.
