Bilingual Sales Representative (Metal & Aluminum Products)
Location: Miami ,FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation: $19–$22 per hour + Commission

Position Summary:
We’re seeking a motivated Bilingual Sales Representative (English/Spanish) to join our team. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and experienced in working with commercial and manufacturing clients. You’ll play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships while driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and manage existing accounts

• Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate metal and aluminum products

• Provide quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales inquiries

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction

• Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to team objectives

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

• Previous sales experience, preferably in commercial or manufacturing environments

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

• Basic computer proficiency (email, CRM, order entry)
