Job Title: Field Service Technician I
Location: Remote. (mountain time zone)
Duration: Contract W2
Primary Skills:

• The Field Service Technician will perform including performing preventative maintenance and resolve breakdowns.
• This person will be responsible for the installation and servicing of conveyors at a specific location.
• This position presents a great amount of exposure to customer personnel thus requires a person with excellent technical skills as well as communication, interpersonal and motivational skills.  
• Travel is 100% and will be out on the field visiting Amazon warehouse locations across the use. Travel is 100% and will be out on the field visiting Amazon warehouse locations across the use.
• Fully travel position, so they need to be open to traveling all over the US pretty much full time.
• Essential Functions:
• Minimum - 3 years plus

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree preferred or 1-3 years of related work experience
• Strong ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems
• Travels to customer locations across the US as necessary to provide service
• Attends regular ongoing education as scheduled by the employer or manufacturer of equipment
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent with technical electrical coursework
• Three (3) or more years of direct experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• Formal training and education may be also considered in lieu of direct experience
• Must possess a valid driver license, a clean driving record, and the ability to safely operate machinery and tools
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on regular basis unassisted
• General mechanical aptitude is required
