As a Customer Experience Specialist for The Wedding Ring Shop, you will be the initial representative of our legendary customer service. As you greet and check in customers, you will provide them with general company and product information prior to introducing them to our sales staff. You will also assist in preparing and planning appointments using established routines, ensuring that no customer falls through the cracks. If you are a proactive individual who loves meeting new people and enjoys celebrating special occasions, we want you!

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service/retail experience preferred
• High School Diploma and some college work required
• Demonstrates the highest level of integrity, honesty and teamwork
• Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Able to maintain professionalism under high pressure
• Must be able to work weekends and some holidays - we are more than happy to work with your schedule!
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with prompt, cordial attention and information about our company and services
• Proficient management of the customer appointment setting and check-in process in a fast-paced environment
• Establish effective customer and employee relations to connect customers to Sales Consultant
• Record information accurately while assisting customers in an organized manner
• Utilizing multiple computer systems including but not limited to POS and CRM systems for client appointment scheduling, and sales consultant assignment. Training will be provided.
• Answer phones, email, and voicemail appropriately to ensure premium customer experience
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and remarkable customer service
• Maintain appropriate standards of conduct and dress
• Perform other duties, tasks, and special projects assigned
