Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality personal care to elderly clients in their homes.
• Safely assist with transfers (including patients over 200 lbs) using hoyer lifts, gait belts, and other medical equipment.
• Transport clients to appointments or run errands using your own reliable vehicle.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff—must have a working cell phone for communication during and outside of shifts.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report any changes in client condition.
• Provide care to both male and female clients with professionalism and respect.
• Maintain punctuality and arrive on time to all scheduled shifts.

Requirements:

• Must be a Certified CNA or PCA with valid credentials.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Must be physically able to safely transfer patients over 200 lbs.
• Must be comfortable using medical equipment including hoyer lifts and gait belts.
• Must be comfortable transporting clients in your personal vehicle.
• Must be able to commit to working weekends.
• Must have a working cell phone for reliable communication.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and have a professional attitude.
