Job Details

 Seeking a detail-oriented litigation paralegal who has experience with Massachusetts rules of civil procedure. Must be able to cite check, sherardize, bluebook, and proofread. Must be able to perform legal research on 
Westlaw and Lexis. Must be familiar with legal management systems like CLIO and NetDocs. Candidate will be required to draft Complaints, answers, discovery, and be excellent with motion practice. Must know Massachusetts rules of civil procedure. The right candidate can be fully remote. This position is temp to perm.  Overtime potential.
