Develop and implement HR strategies that align with automotive group objectives, enhance employee experience, and drive a high-performance culture. Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee all HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies that support automotive group.
Talent Acquisition & Retention: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent and implement initiatives to enhance retention.
Performance Management: Oversee goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee coaching to drive productivity.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring fair and compliant HR practices.
Training & Development: Identify training needs and implement programs to support employee growth. Partner with Director of Training and Development.
Compensation & Benefits: Ensure competitive pay structures and benefits to attract and retain top talent.
HR Compliance: Stay ahead of employment laws and regulations, ensuring full organizational compliance.
HR Metrics & Reporting: Utilize data to track key HR performance indicators and inform strategic decisions.

Looking for:
Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and people management abilities.
Expertise: In-depth knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and strategic workforce planning.
Certifications: SHRM-SCP, SPHR (preferred).
Mindset: A strategic thinker who can influence and collaborate with senior leadership (GMs).

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
