Location: Dealership, Newport Beach area.
Compensation: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour (non-exempt/hourly)

As a Service Porter, you will support the service department by maintaining vehicle flow, assisting customers, and ensuring the service lot is organized and safe. • Move vehicles safely to and from service bays, customer areas, and parking lots.
  
• Greet and assist customers during vehicle drop-off and pick-up with a professional and courteous attitude.
  
• Maintain a clean and orderly lot to ensure safety and efficiency.
  
• Support the service department with vehicle prep and coordination.
  
• Assist Service Greeters in promptly welcoming guests to the service drive.
  
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  

• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles (preferred).
  
• Must be at least 18 years old (in accordance with insurance and safety regulations).
  
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor.
  
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods.
  

• This position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime in accordance with California labor law.
  
• Breaks and rest periods are provided in compliance with state regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Unrestricted California driver's license and clean driving record without any violations.
• 4 years of driving experience
• Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.
• Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strive to respect and facilitate teamwork within all departments.
• Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
