Auto Parts Desk :: Wholesale :: Sales and Customer Service Representative

Wholesale auto parts distributor looking for motivated individuals for our Sales and Customer Service Department in Southeastern, WI. Experience or Enthusiasts in automotive, light and heavy duty trucks are exactly what we are looking for!

Responsibilities include:

• Quoting and selling auto parts to our wholesale customers (mechanics and other distributors)
• Being great on the phone (staying comfortable, focusing on Sales and Customer Service and providing the customer with a top notch experience every time)
• Coordinating/scheduling deliveries and managing driver routes and tasks
• Purchasing auto parts for the company via special order (when necessary)
• Staying committed to great customer service while busy
• Warehouse duties including: receiving deliveries into inventory, shelving parts, preparing parts for delivery etc.

Consideration will be given primarily to candidates with auto parts desk experience, although anyone who meets the requirements described above is encouraged to apply. Spanish speaking is a plus. We are ultimately looking for someone who is self motivated, has a great attitude, and wants to learn and be successful.

This is a full-time (40 per week), hourly, permanent position. M-F 1st shift and some Saturdays (close at 1:00pm) will be required. Ability to lift 25 lbs +/- is required.
