About The Role:
This position is focused on supporting the growth and development of our field agent force through administrative operations, recruitment assistance, and office management. As part of The Alliance and Joseph's Financial, the Office Growth & Operations Specialist will be equipped with all the necessary tools, training, and resources to thrive and succeed.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-centered environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the recruitment team
  • Assist in sourcing and coordinating with potential field agents
  • Organize and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Coordinate interview schedules and onboarding procedures
  • Handle basic office tasks like data entry, document preparation, and email management
  • Maintain and manage office supplies and resources
  • Help foster a welcoming and efficient office environment
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (High School diploma required)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
  • Experience in recruitment or admin work is a plus, but not required
