LTS Drafting & Engineering is a leading provider of architectural drafting and structural engineering services, specializing in Division 8 products including aluminum glazing systems and metal panels. We support glazing subcontractors and manufacturers across the U.S. with precision, responsiveness, and a commitment to quality.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Associate to support our business development efforts. This role will focus on expanding our client base, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting LTS’s drafting and engineering services across target markets.

Key Responsibilities

·         Develop and execute marketing campaigns targeting glazing subcontractors.

·         Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and industry events.

·         Maintain and enhance the company’s digital presence, including website content and LinkedIn engagement.

·         Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

·         Maintain CRM records, track leads, and generate regular sales reports.

·         Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and project handoff for new clients.

·         Support proposal development, including pricing coordination and scope documentation.

Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

·         Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing or sales role, preferably in the construction, engineering, or architectural services industry.

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·         Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and LinkedIn for business.

·         Familiarity with architectural drafting or engineering services is a plus.

Compensation

Salary Range: $65,000 – $75,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Bonus: Performance-based annual bonus opportunities.
