Job Details

The Maintenance Reliability Manager would oversee all maintenance activities for a large manufacturing plant that is going through an expansion as well as leading machine process development. This person will lead a team of 50+ people with 7 direct reports.

Candidates must have at least an Associates degree to be considered and preference is coming from consumer products or high speed manufacturing. 

Looking for someone who is a strong, hands on leader that can coach, mentor, and develop people with strong industrial maintenance, reliability, and project management experience. Must have a proven track record of setting up PM programs and making improvements when needed.
