Tallahassee law firm now hiring a full-time law firm financial manager to oversee all law firm finances. Starting salary negotiable, with excellent benefits and bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee client billing
• Trust Accounting
• Monthly financial reporting
• Oversee the flow of cash and financial investments
• Accounts receivable
• Accounts payable
• Payroll
• Profit sharing and 401K
• Work closely with managing partner to assist with profitability analysis, budget and financial planning and all financial aspects of a growing law firm
• Manage one employee that assists with financial matters

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years related experience in a professional environment with strong preference for law firm experience
• BS in accounting or finance
• Prefer a Certified Public Accountant, but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and Tabs3 a plus.
