Position Overview

The Director of Education & Training plays a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive training programs for our extensive network of real estate professionals throughout the Miami Valley market. Our brokerage is committed to the continuous professional development of our agents Realtors, making this a critical leadership position that directly impacts our organization's success and growth.

This role operates in close partnership with the VP of Operations while maintaining essential communication channels with the VP of Sales and Marketing and our Sales Managers across all office locations. The Director leverages our corporate staff &. resources to maximize training effectiveness and reach.

The Director must collaborate seamlessly across multiple departments to enhance our recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing professional development initiatives for both new and experienced real estate professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Training Program Management

  • Oversee all day-to-day education and training initiatives across our multi-office platform
  • Design and implement comprehensive training curricula that align with industry best practices and company objectives
  • Classes are in-person or virtual via Zoom

Strategic Planning and Coordination

  • Collaborate with the VP of Operations to develop and maintain the annual training calendar
  • Partner with department heads to coordinate specialized programs and advanced training modules
  • Facilitate regular communication with corporate training partners to leverage national resources and initiatives

Required Qualifications

Communication and Technical Proficiency

  • Outstanding organizational and project management abilities
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in essential business and real estate technology platforms including:
    • Email and office productivity suites (Word, Excel)
    • Transaction management systems (DotLoop)
    • MLS systems (DABR/WRIST/CABR)
    • CRM platforms
    • Lead generation systems

Collaborative Leadership

  • Proven ability to work effectively across diverse teams including:
    • Accounting and financial services
    • Sales management teams
    • Marketing
    • Information technology
    • Relocation services
  • Strong team building and relationship management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active or previous real estate license and sales experience minimum 5 yrs experience
  • Professional training or adult education background
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Familiarity with Miami Valley real estate market dynamics
