      I am only looking for choice hotel experience person or any hotel experience is fine but only hotel experience candidates apply only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome all guests in a warm and professional manner

• Perform accurate check-in/check-out procedures using the Choice Advantage system

• Handle phone calls, reservations, guest inquiries, and complaints efficiently

• Process payments, post charges, and manage room keys and folios

• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, promotions, and local area attractions

• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness

• Monitor lobby and entry areas to ensure guest safety and cleanliness

• Balance cash drawer and perform shift audits (including night audit, if applicable)

• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally

• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front desk and lobby area

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience at a hotel front desk or in a customer service role

• Experience with Choice Advantage (preferred)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in basic computer operations (Word, Excel, email)

• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

• Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor

• Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience at a Choice Hotels brand (e.g., Comfort Inn, Sleep Inn, Quality Inn)

• Knowledge of local area attractions and services

• Bilingual (preferred, not required)
