Qualifications

• Current license as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Colorado
• Graduate degree in nursing from an accredited academic institution
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an RN
• 3 years of experience as FNP
• Computer proficiency

• Experience caring for individuals with addictions, and severe and persistent mental illness
• Track record of working successfully as a part of a multidisciplinary team
• Experience in managed care environments
• Current Colorado driver’s license; Access to reliable transportation during work hours
• Spanish language skills
