Account Executives play a pivotal role in organizational growth by identifying sales opportunities and demonstrating product value to small-to-medium sized businesses effectively. Successful candidates will leverage their negotiation and closing skills to convert leads into long-term customers, while working with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Job Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
Assess client’s needs to understand digital marketing requirements, address pain points, and demonstrate the value of SaaS solutions accordingly.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with teams cross functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with relevant professional experience.
Comfortable with prospecting and outbound cold calling in a scripted sales environment.
Strong phone presence and effective communicator with the ability to build quick rapport.
Exceptional organizational skills and capable of handling high-volume client interactions efficiently.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Coachable, team-oriented, and enthusiastic about career growth in SaaS sales.
Prior digital marketing experience in outbound sales or business development positions preferred, but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses. Expected on-target earnings can range from $70k to $200k+ annually, based on performance. Full-time employees are also offered a suite of competitive benefits, including medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, short/long term disability, and more.
Surefire Local is a remote-first organization with offices in Austin, Texas, and Manila, Philippines. US employees can choose to work remotely or in our Austin office, located at 2815 Manor Road. Reliable home internet access and a suitable workspace is essential for effective remote work in this role, and on occasion, management may require in-office work for employees near the Austin office.
