Director, Enterprise Strategy & IT Architecture
Location: Houston, TX

The Director of Enterprise Strategy & IT Architecture leads the development of IT strategy and enterprise architecture to ensure alignment with business goals. This role oversees strategic planning, governance, technology evaluation, and continuous improvement efforts to support innovation and modernization across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align IT strategy with business objectives and lead enterprise architecture initiatives

• Define architecture standards, governance policies, and compliance frameworks

• Evaluate emerging technologies and guide adoption to enhance business capabilities

• Drive continuous service improvement and process optimization

• Provide oversight on major IT projects, ensuring architectural consistency and value

• Lead a team of architects and strategy professionals, promoting collaboration and innovation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred)

• 12–15 years in IT, with at least 5 in enterprise architecture or strategy

• Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), IT governance, and cloud technologies

• Proven ability to align technology with business strategy and lead cross-functional teams

Certifications such as TOGAF or ArchiMate are a plus.
