Job Description:
As a Home Health Aide Floater, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in various home settings. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in different environments and is adaptable to changing client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Help with medication reminders and light housekeeping tasks
- Monitor client health and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Travel to different client homes as needed to provide care

Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Home Health Aide certification (or equivalent, if applicable)
- Prior experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar healthcare role is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different care environments
- Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule
