What You’ll Do:
Match buyers and sellers in the lower middle market, managing the deal process from first handshake to final signature.
Build strong client relationships—educate, support, and guide entrepreneurs through valuations, terms of sale, and negotiations.
Leverage your network to identify opportunities and generate leads through strategic outreach and referrals.
Analyze businesses and prepare valuations with guidance from our experienced team.
Collaborate with a fun, motivated team—you’ll laugh, strategize, and close deals together in a supportive, values-driven environment.

We’re Looking For:
A hunter mindset – you thrive on networking, prospecting, and making things happen.
Sales experience – especially B2B, finance, or real estate (a plus, not required).
