Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals for on-call general labor positions. This role involves assisting with a variety of physical labor tasks as needed, often on short notice. Ideal candidates are flexible with their availability, physically capable, and have a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading and unloading materials, equipment, and supplies

• Perform site clean-up, including sweeping, trash removal, and general organization

• Operate hand tools and basic equipment (training provided, if necessary)

• Assist skilled trades or permanent staff with various tasks

• Follow safety guidelines and report any hazards to the supervisor

• Respond to last-minute work requests and report to designated job sites promptly

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods

• Reliable transportation to various job sites

• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends

• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team

Work Environment:

• Indoor and outdoor job sites

• Variable weather conditions

• Use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) may be required

Compensation:

• Hourly pay: $18-$20 (depending on job)

• Paid daily

• No guaranteed hours – work is offered based on business needs and your availability
