ProTrade is currently hiring experienced Sheet Metal Fabricators to support growing production needs in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for dependable individuals with manufacturing experience who take pride in precision and quality work.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Fabrication & Operation: Operate CNC machinery, brakes, and shears to produce high-quality sheet metal components according to production standards

• Technical Interpretation: Read and follow blueprints and schematics to guide fabrication and assembly processes

• Precision Measurement: Perform accurate measurements and calculations to ensure proper cuts, angles, and bends

• Material Setup: Load raw materials into machines, positioning and aligning them correctly for smooth and safe processing

• Safety Practices: Maintain compliance with all safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times

• Self-Motivation: Complete tasks independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity

• Team Support: Collaborate with fellow team members and communicate clearly to maintain workflow and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of sheet metal fabrication experience (preferred)

• Manufacturing or industrial experience of at least 1 year (preferred)

• Reliable transportation is a must

• Must be able to pass a drug screening
