Looking for a mature, personable, reliable, flexible individual who can work independently and effectively in a small law office in Huntsville, AL. Punctuality and strong organizational skills are key to success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
- Greet clients and make them feel welcome and at ease
- Begin intake and prepare clients for meeting with attorney
- Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities
- Interact with IT, phone and building personnel as needed
- Meet with clients and get basic information as well as answering basic questions
Qualifications
- Phone etiquette
- Customer service and people skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented and organized
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Familiarity with macOS
- Associate's degree or higher in a related field is preferred.
- High School diploma is required
- Having a friendly attitude and great people skills are super important!
