Operations Manager – Outdoor Extruded Aluminum Products
Location: Las Vegas, NV

Salary: $60,000/year

A growing manufacturer and distributor of outdoor extruded aluminum products in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager to lead daily operations. This role requires a strong background in warehouse management, safety compliance, inventory control, and team coordination. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and streamline daily warehouse operations to ensure maximum efficiency
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces in full compliance with OSHA safety standards
• Manage inventory levels and ordering processes to meet operational demands
• Inspect all outgoing orders to ensure 100% accuracy and excellent condition prior to delivery or pick-up
• Enforce OSHA regulations and warehouse safety policies
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure a cohesive workflow
• Work directly with the Warehouse Manager and Lead Warehouseman to foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in operations or warehouse management
• OSHA Forklift Certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of warehouse safety standards and protocols
• Proven ability to manage inventory, place accurate supply orders, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Background in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Must successfully pass a background check
