Job Details

We are currently seeking a Residential / Apartment Maintenance Tech with IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY (Must be able to start TODAY!) to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

*Flexibility to work in Upstate area: Spartanburg, Greer, and/or Greenville!

Responsibilities:

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion (work orders include but are not limited to plumbing, electrical, painting, and trouble-shooting appliances)
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

​Qualifications:

• HVAC certification is REQUIRED!!
• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• EPA certification helpful but not required
• CPO certification helpful but not required
